Prof. Riyad FAKHRI is an expert in business and human rights and co-auditor of a classical on Biodiversity and Nature Conservation, laws and policies in the MENA region. He is the Vice President of The Association of Environmental Law Lecturers in Middle East and North African Universities (ASSELLMU) and Director of the business law research laboratory at Hassan I University in Settat, Morocco. He was appointed by the African Union as a member of the group responsible for developing a draft model law on sustainable soil management in Africa and a member of the group responsible for developing a draft law on soil protection in Morocco
